Always by Your Side is a series of illustrations narrated from a child’s perspective, depicting the experience of losing a beloved pet. Through symbolic imagery such as clouds and carousel horses, the work expresses that companionship does not disappear with farewell, but continues to exist in another form within everyday life. The series adopts a realistic illustration style with warm and gentle tones, creating a soothing and heartwarming narrative atmosphere. It guides children to understand separation and remembrance, encouraging them to face life’s farewells with a positive and resilient attitude.

《Always by Your Side》是一组以儿童视角叙述失去宠物经历的系列插画。作品通过云朵、旋转木马等象征性意象，表达陪伴并未因离别而消失，而是以另一种形式延续于生活之中。

作品采用写实插画风格与温暖柔和的色调，营造治愈而温馨的叙事氛围，引导儿童理解离别与思念，并以积极的态度面对生命中的告别。

The First Time Ever is a children’s book illustration project that was inspired by my own experience. The story is about a girl named Jing, she was born and raised in China. It was her first time going to the UK to study when she was twelve years old. During her adventure, she met a Russian girl named Dariya. A journey of beautiful friendship began during Jing’s first time living in a foreign country. I want to show young readers that, no matter where you come from, there are no barriers between kindness and friendships.

《有史以来第一次》是一个童书插画的项目，灵感来源于我的亲身经历。故事讲述了一个叫静的女孩，她在中国出生并长大。当她十二岁时，第一次去英国留学。在她的冒险中，遇到了一个名叫达丽娅的俄罗斯女孩。所以，在静第一次外国生活的旅程中，一段美丽的友谊开始了。我想向年轻读者展示，无论你来自哪里，善良和友谊之间没有障碍。

Medium: The medium for this project is silkscreen. In the process of making each of the silkscreen illustrations, I planned different color separations on digital devices initially. Afterwards, I printed out each layer of transparent color by silkscreen. As the layers of color transparency start overlapping, the final silkscreen illustration will become the one that I planned on digital devices. The color separations shown on the right-hand side are one of the examples from my completed work.

媒介：此项目使用丝网印刷技术。制作每幅丝网插画之前，我会事先构想它通过丝网印刷打印的最终成品。构思完成之后，我就在iPad Procreate上画出这幅画不同的颜色分层。之后，我用丝网框将之前iPad上画的颜色分层打印出来。打印的时候随着这些颜色分层不断重叠，我最终的丝网插画就会变成之前在iPad设备上规划的样子。右侧显示的颜色分层是其中一个作品的范例。
